After the fall this is what he was purposed for. To attempt to deceive and destroy God's children. Even in his disobedience he's still being 100% obedient to his purpose. Though he's been sentenced to eternal damnation, a losing battle, and stripped of all hope. He's fueled by one thing, how many souls he can recruit to keep him company.
Shouldn't we as children of the Most High be even more vigilant? We who have been assured eternal life, total victory, and hope beyond our finite comprehension. Shouldn't we be fueled by how many souls we can help usher in to the Kingdom? When you are attacked by the enemy and ostracized by the world don't let it tear you down. Rather note it as it should be noted....confirmation that you are walking in obedience and His favor is on your life. The enemy isn't pursuing those he's already got, he's seeking those that he doesn't. You don't attack your ally, you attack your enemy. Can you dig it? Count it joy that he counts you an enemy worthy of attack. Here's a scripture for you to meditate on...."A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant like his master. It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household! Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be made known. Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops." (Matthew 10:24-27 NKJV)
Walk in your purpose. Speak as the Spirit leads you. Be bold. Be about the work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Trust me, someone is listening.
